  1. yeah, most I have taken are inside at some golf course facility. Usually meet at some section of the golf course.
  2. I remember one time I asked to hit a x100 in some blade at a big box store ?(pga tour superstore). The guy almost wouldn't let me hit it, lol. I get where they are coming from though, most golfers who don't know much probably want the most stiff shaft available for ego.
  3. I remember seeing Blair at the 2015 memorial, I'm pretty sure he was a rookie on tour but the only reason I remember him is because he was paired with Tiger. He actually beat him that day but Tiger wasn't fully healthy.
  4. why not take an online lesson or something and work on those things? This position you are practicing is not good. Don't take it the wrong way but you are doing stuff that isn't going to help and potentially could cause injury if done enough.
  5. are there instructors in strip centers? Not sure I've been to one besides golftec. Most have made their way onto some club/facility/golf course as a full time instructor.
  6. Tigers swing wasn’t my favorite under Foley. Tiger was popping up 3 woods right before he left Haney too, lol.
  7. you realize he molded Roses swing that we all talk about on this forum and worked with him for over a decade? He gave him that Justin Rose drill everyone talks about on here because he had an upright swing and his hand path went out too much from the top, stalling his rotation. Foley improved his swing a bunch.
  8. Foley doesn’t teach anything to hurt someone’s back. Sure he’s got some quirks but I’ve watched a lot of his stuff and I thought it was helpful. He does push that pro sender a bit too much though. If you want to avoid that, stay away from guys teaching super side bend and rotation.
  9. looks like he is in there, number 43. Ive taken lessons with a few and their prices have atleast doubled. Nick Clearwater I took a couple lessons right before he got that new role in Colorado and he was like 100 an hour or something, that list says he is 1,000 an hour now, lol.
  10. I'm having a hard time even following what the discussion/debate is about now. Are we still discussing the original videos content?
  11. If it's their own gears data from students then it's probably > 80% retired folks over 55 with money to blow, that's the demographic who can afford these guys from the live lessons I've seen. However, I did still enjoy seeing those lessons, probably only on the paid site now.
  12. I saw some video clip of him the other day when he was younger (possibly college) and his swing actually was more normal then. It wasn’t across the line and he didn’t shuffle his feet much on the downswing.
  13. Problem with most Dr.'s in the US, they just throw medication at everything, it's what they are taught in med school. I just heard Dana White on a podcast say he will never go to a Dr. again for general health, only for something like surgeries that are needed. What happened to him is what happens to many. They just throw medications at you and the side effects end up hurting you worse than the original condition. I guess they had him on blood pressure medicine and can't remember the other stuff based on his blood work but was really messing him up, he was pretty sick few years back from all this. Stopped taking all of it, got in better shape and started working out which fixed everything.
  14. just bar alone, probably not. I would probably stick to easier exercises to perform though. I'd be interested in hearing @bluedot exercise routine? I'm always interested in learning better ways to work out.
