Let me know next time you see a set of irons with graphite shafts off the rack from a major manufacturer with the logos up lol. Anywho… Golf Works just got back to me, they are changing their policy to default to logos down and are offering to make this right for me free of charge. Great customer service and Im surprised they ever had this policy to begin with.

There’s not even an option to request logo-down for irons in the custom shop, yet when you order a custom wood shaft with an adapter, they do let you choose logo orientation. I know because I just did it — ordered a Ventus Blue with a Ping adapter and selected logo down. Frustrating.

Just got my custom-built 4–G TS3 DBM irons with MMT Matte 90 shafts from GolfWorks. I've worked with them before on builds and had a great experience, but this time... not so much. The irons showed up today with the MMT logos facing UP on every club. I definitely didn’t request that, and as far as I know, that’s not industry standard, right? They look brutal at address — but damn, they look clean from the underside. I’m assuming I don’t have much recourse here, but man, it’s frustrating.
