  1. Chris Gotterup also plays the KBS C-Taper 130X in his irons and he plays the Project X HZRDUS Smoke Black RDX 70 TX in his driver and the Mitsubishi Diamana WB 83TX in his 5 wood. I would recommend the Project X Hzrdus T1100 or the Fujikura Ventus TR Black in driver / fairway woods and the Fujikura Ventus HB Black 10TX in hybrid / utility iron.
  2. The tee height for mini drivers should be much lower than with driver and only slightly higher than with a 3 wood while the AoA should also be slightly down again just like a 3 wood, I experimented with several tee heights last year and it became obvious that a much lower tee height is the way to go especially since it really improves accuracy, a Challenge Tour player confirmed this and he told me that he is shocked by how many golfers including well known YouTubers there are who always tee the ball up high and hit up on the ball with mini driver as though they are hitting driver then they proceed to spray the ball everywhere and they wonder why they cannot hit a fairway.
  3. I got to hit all the new Titleist irons and utilities the other day and I was super impressed, the T150 was the pick of the bunch for me and offered great performance as well as a much cleaner look compared to the 2023 model plus its only fractionally larger than the T100, I don't currently carry a utility iron but I hit the T250U and U505 which both look way better than the 2023 models and are possibly the best utility irons I have tested, the U505 4 iron looks so much smaller and player-like than the U505 1 iron and it essentially resembles a T350 with greatly reduced offset and for me it was the star of the show as it gave me the most optimum numbers possible plus it was super forgiving. Initially I hit the T250U and the U505 3 irons and I hit both clubs really well but I was surprised that the U505 was not only easier to hit but it was carrying 9 yards longer with a higher peak height and similar spin but it was just too long and created a 23 yard gap to the T150 4 iron, I then hit the U505 4 iron and it was just perfect in terms of gapping (as a 3 iron) so potentially I could have two 4 irons in the bag if I go down this route but I only hit a few shots with each of the utility irons at the very end after hitting all the iron models so I never had sufficient time to test out a bunch of different shafts, potentially if I can dial in the perfect shaft at a later date the U505 4 iron playing at a 3 iron length (39") could well be a really versatile 250 yard club for me a 7 wood alternative on specific courses.
