  1. I have had a similar experience. 55 with some past elbow issues. Based on my moderate swing speed, I tried to transition to 75 gram graphite. Tried MMT 75R then Steelfiber 75R. Had trouble finding the middle of the face with that weight so switched to Modus 105R in new irons. Much better results so far. I know I will eventually have to go back to graphite. Problem is that anything around 100 grams or so is very stiff in graphite. Anyone try to softstep heavier graphite to make it play more like comparable weight steel? Or the softer FC Steelfibers?
  2. It's weird. Normally it's all they can do to get to D2 with over length builds. And I have std tour velvets so it's not the grip. I know Srixon says on their website that they use lighter heads for longer builds. I guess it's the grips that caused yours to be lower. What shafts did you get in them?
  3. I just got a set of Zxi5s that I ordered a week ago. Half inch over with Modus 105 regular. Requested D2 swing weight to avoid having a super heavy swing weight which often happens when you order over length irons if they don't use lighter heads. So I just measured them and they came out to D0. Very surprised given the over length build. Anyone have a similar experience? I'm going to play and see how they feel before I decide what to do. I played some Ping irons in the past with steel that were D0 and actually liked them so it may be fine.
