Not to thread jack, but I have this exact same pair and they run small. My foot is exactly a size 10 length, medium width...and I had to return the size 10 medium width for a size 9.5 medium width. But truthfully, I probably would have been better off with 9.5 W, as i get a little rub on my pinky toe with the 9.5 medium. So if your foot is any bit wider than standard/medium, then you should opt for wide, in my opinion. Fantastic shoes once they are broken in though....and they definetly need to be broken in. I even used a shoe widener to try and get extra room for toes
