  1. I am still here and nerding out as hard as usual! Expecting this to just further add fuel to the already hot fire!
  2. It is amazing what can happen when the dinner conversation is 85% wedge talk!
  3. I think the i240 is in the same vein! The first like 5 balls could have been hit into a bucket it seemed. I literally was super shocked and how high and straight the ball went. The feel is definitely softer to me over the i230 on center strikes and while the misses are a little more harsh, not near as loud and firm as i230
  4. I think I was expecting a little more "players distance" out of the new i240 and it is more of a precision distance type of iron. Very, very consistent distances from center strikes to misses. For me a great strike with a 7 iron is about 160 carry and these shots include misses, not all just perfect shots. This is from one small range session, like 12 balls each and every club that day read very low on spin. i240: 155.1yds / 6,320 / 111.7 / 20.1* P770: 157.2 / 6,284 / 113.2 / 19.1* 3DP Tour: 155.7 / 5,780 / 112.2 / 17.1* carry / spin / ball speed / launch
  5. I don't have my T250 LS here yet, I think they start shipping those in August. But I should be able to hit both 7 irons and pitching wedges when they arrive. The i240 from a short range session last week is really impressive. High launch, softer feel than the i230, and very tight dispersion. Not as long as I expected.
  6. Not much from my swing, other than I have definitely lost some speed as I have gotten more into my 40's. But during the fitting it was pretty interesting to see the spin retention on the whole T Series line. We were hitting off perfectly manicured, tight, fairway lies but then moved over to some rough to see how the spin was and it was shocking to see that the new T150, T250, and T250 LS held onto like 1,000 to 1,500RPM more spin than my previous T150.
  7. The putter is actually pretty solid from rolling it here in the office. But the comment was more about some Fletch 3 jokes on my Instagram Live last night!
  8. I didn't really notice the weight during the fitting, I noticed more of that static weight being lighter. We talked about swingweight in the beginning and my current T150 with Steelfiber i110cw I think are on the lighter side around D0 I think. I would expect these new ones to be very similar.
  9. Thank you! With the new T250 Launch Spec irons I was seeing about 5yds less compared to my current T150. So when I flushed the T150 I was carrying about 180yds and this new set is closer to 175yds. But with that the decent angle is at 50* now so holding a green will be way easier, right to left dispersion was much better as I saw less of a big miss left with the T250 LS, and finally the distance consistency was better as the extra height and spin seemed to create less distance loss and that big left hook didn't go 10yds too long over the green. The U505 launches high in stock form, but we needed to go weak in order to again increase the peak height but also bring the yardage back so it fit the rest of the set. I had my 24* GT2 hybrid with me and the U505 went further and higher more consistently off the deck. I didn't think that GT2 was going anywhere but the 505 shocked me more than the irons.
  10. I like where you are going with this one! How are those grips? Look very cool on the website but I have never seen one in person.
  11. It is all good man, I am just joking around! I have had the pleasure of being fit at TPI, in Oceanside CA, for irons, woods, and wedges. Every single time it has been an amazing time where I learn a ton about the product, my swing, and how the two work together to produce better shots.
