  1. Ironically, Hatton seems like the only player who actually got better after going to that other tour.
  2. For those are saying the whistle at the top of Rahm’s swing on 11 tee was an attempt at sports bet influencing. I say how do you time the whistle given how short and quick Rahm’s swing is?
  3. All these perspectives on why YouTube golf has no value sound like the folks who poopoo’d selling stuff on the internet or advertising on social media. My take is as golfers we are all a bit more likely to be a bunch of dinosaurs. Or Judge Smails’s……..
  4. Blueprint S is one of the most forgiving irons I have ever played. Unfortunately, I do not have experience with the I230. The blue print S is somewhat more forgiving that the TCB, S55 (in the 4 and 5 iron), J40 CB and 716 CBs. Those are basically the Player’s CB’s I have played over the last decade & change. The Stock Blueprint S is also the strongest lofted iron I have ever bagged with a 45 degree PW and a 33 degree 7 iron. Most of the others I played in recent years had 46 or 47 degree PW and 34 or 35 degree 7 irons. So the BPS is slightly longer also. Spin, Launch, control, feel and turf interaction are all sublime.
  5. Below an “Elite” Am, but better than a WRX 4 Capper…….
  6. A lot of comments here from folks who are not familiar with Grant’s content. His ‘persona” is not arrogant in the least, nor is he delusional about his playing ability. He is a solid AM and has played with enough tour players to know how big the gap for is for him. Also, I don’t think embarrassment is a big concern of his.
  7. Thanks for that. The fact that it is my trail shoulder has allowed me to continue to golf for a couple years beyond what a lead shoulder would have. I cannot throw a ball overhand, put on a belt or sleep with my arm under my pillow, but I can still golf somewhat. Since external rotation of my trail shoulder is comprised, I do have too much lift / across the line in my current swing. After reading too much about reverse shoulder replacement and the odds being pretty low getting back near scratch, I was discouraged. My shoulder is bad enough now, this year, for the first time in decades I did not play any USGA qualifiers. If there is evidence that there are those with a full reverse shoulder replacement who have maintained an index less than two or so, I will be encouraged. I have a follow-up appointment in August and will ask plenty of questions.
