Player hits a ball into a red staked hazard. Player can play the ball from within the hazard and elects to do so. His second shot is hit OB. What are his options? Can he drop a ball at the same spot in the hazard, and play his fourth shot? (can you drop within a hazard?) If not, is his only option to play the next shot from where the first shot crossed into the hazard? And does that incur an additional penalty (hitting his fifth shot)?
