After those I tried some FJ premieres. I liked them, but the heel was not very cushioned and the leather wore down inside. Now in the SDR and they remind me a lot of the TWs, especially the outsole and stability, which isn’t a surprise.

I’ve never tried to do it as well as you, but I’ve filled sky marks with touch up pens, then used some car compound and polish to finish once the paint dried. It’s usually not 100% perfect, but the compound has always made a nice difference on any clear coat marks.

My first suggestion would be Sharpie too. I’ve tried both black nail polish and Sharpie, and I thought the Sharpie was much easier and matched the finish of the grip better.
