  1. Srixon is quality top to bottom. For consumers of my ilk, who like to buy/sell a lot of clubs (esp. drivers and fairways) the resale value of Srixon gear is considerably less than that of other more mainstream companies. Wilson make great products as well, but when you go to sell used Wilson gear...you're almost giving it away relative to Titeist or Ping products on resale. For some consumers, that may be an issue and may explain why Srixon and Wilson are not more popular, especially in the driver/fairway categories. But if you're buying and plan to hold on for 2, 3, 4 years, (the anti-golfwrx'er:) no reason not to buy Srixon. Everything I've played from Srixon has been excellent, and I still play a 565/965 combo set. Their utility irons are some of the best in the business.
  2. From the responses I’m getting, maybe that’s the play.
  3. Ok, that is surprising. Usually there are shaft analogues between manufacturers, especially when one model, like the 120X, is so popular. Every manufacturer has a DG X100 competitor, for example.
  4. For anyone who has played both, please give me some advice. I currently play Modus 120X and like them a lot, but the new irons I want only offer them at an upcharge, and I want to avoid that. Plus, I'm open to trying something new. If you have any graphs that compare the Modus 120 X to KBS models, that would be appreciated as well. Thanks!
