  1. You can tell the hope you had for this putter with that fresh grip... I always love these types of posts lmao
  2. Shouldn't this be out on the more general classified forum rather than the lefty's subforum? I have an account I'd like to post as well and more visibility sounds nice
  3. It's the same argument as the other lesser known brands where Wilson/Mizuno/Srixon (and to some extent, Cobra) struggle to get traction in woods. I would say for someone to want to try one of those brands, you'd either have to be swayed by price (at which point, they might also just be thinking of a used big brand driver) or you have to think that one of those brands will out perform TaylorMade/Callaway/Titleist/Ping. And with current clubs, there really isn't that much room for other clubs to be better than those companies, maybe a better fit at best. Personally, if I know one of those big brands work (and at the worst, be as good as those other smaller brands), why should I waste my time with these other woods? Again, not saying that these companies make woods that are any worse than the big names, but I definitely don't think they are better either. So for me, I'm not very interested in trying smaller brands knowing that the performance gains are either non-existent or marginal at best.
  4. I want all of them besides the 11... My wallet is in trouble
  5. I would definitely get a second opinion! Unfortunately, having spent a lot of time and money on equipment, I can't really recommend any place in the Seattle area that does both a good job with fitting (cutting out club champion with this criteria) and also has a good selection of shafts. Definitely go to some more demo days and get a more fair comparison if you can. But I would stick with the weight change for now as I mentioned above and if you feel like your dispersion could improve with the BB, I would consider picking that up later. If you ever find that the weight change is too much, you could benefit from going to a lower spinning head as well.
  6. I see you're in Seattle, can I ask where you got fit? The only thing I can think of is that maybe elevation and/or temperature was changed to be super high if you got those numbers off of Trackman. Especially here in the PNW, I would focus on the carry numbers, but knowing some people around that speed, the only way I could see those distance numbers happening was if you just hit a low bullet that just rolled out, which doesn't seem to be the case with your launch/spin either. And changing the front weight makes sense, but if the fitter didn't also change maybe the rear weight to be lighter, then it would feel like your driver is a sledgehammer, especially with the length that you're currently playing the driver. For a driver, that would be around 6 swingweight points heavier, which isn't normally a change that people get along with.
  7. My initial thoughts are that these numbers don't really line up. What simulator did you test on? According to flightscope trajectory optimizer, plugging your numbers in, baseline probably should have been closer to 230 and your results with the BB maybe closer to 255, assuming a perfectly straight shot? Changing the front weight from 2 to 14 without making any offsetting changes feels like an absolute psycho move by a fitter, I don't think you would find that many people anywhere that would be playing a driver at 12g over standard. Assuming these numbers are anywhere near accurate, I would say just try the weighting changes first since that's more likely than the shaft change to drop the spin, which seems to be the problem here. But I would really try getting fit again at a place with gcquad or trackman.
