  1. yep, that’s right. CC of Hilton Head also gets privileges over at Indigo Run’s private course. You also have Palmetto Hall with 36 holes (Cupp and Hills) next door to HHP.
  2. Oh my, I will never putt with a traditional putter again. Cannot believe I held out this long!
  3. Folks, happy to put up for sale a few classic Tad Moore putters this week. Up first is a swan neck Maxfli Tad Moore - head is in pristine condition. All original. Not sure if it has been gamed or refinished, but my guess is no. This is 35”, face balanced and has a black original grip that still has tack. I do not have a cover for it. Shaft band is not pristine but is original. Headed to eBay 7.31.25
  4. We come at this minimalist thing from so many different angles and perspectives. When we realize golf clubs started as Spoons, Niblicks, Cleeks and Mashies, we realize the modern game has given a "number" and "loft" to each club. The rules of golf then gave us "14" clubs, and manufacturers have capitalized. But I submit that a golfer can maximize their scoring with a "half" set. Don't we have no doubt that the Tour players could shoot 65 with 7 or 14 clubs?
  5. No trades, I can ship today and appreciate your consideration. RH SWAG (Core) Naked Handsome Too, current model on website, this has seen just a couple rounds and the head cover was not used. Handsome Too 35” 3°, 71° Deep Etched Black Grip No custom stamping Includes cover https://swag.golf/products/handsome-too-naked-putter $SOLD, thank you @TKnuth13
  6. Curious to know if the 5/7/9 wood crowd play mainly in non-windy conditions? I’m a big proponent of hybrids for long iron replacement but here in coastal lowcountry, those high lofted woods drop moon bombs! I never realized a 21° fairway metal would fly so much higher than a 21° hybrid until I started getting cozy with hybrids.
  7. mint. Graphite Design Tour AD XC 5 stiff. 44” tip to tip. Golf Pride Tour Velvet 360 black. - Low/Mid launch, Low/Mid spin - actual weight in the 56g range $sold, cheers @Heckle
  8. I love the way these irons and in particular the scoring irons frame the ball.
  9. If you are getting on CCC you likely know someone local with connections, and they can get you on May River. Yes, he’s referring to Palmetto Bluff. About an hour tops from south Sea Pines. Message me if you run into issues. I have reciprocal priv at May River may be able to help.
  10. Look at Bobby Mcintyre, Justin Thomas, several other guys. Still bagging old tech in fairway metals due to predictable results. Chasing 10 more yards at the end of the day will not lower scores. There are probably hundreds of us who have done that with a fwy metal and realized it wasn’t worth it.
  11. Came from P790 and also T200. I’m more consistent and the heel miss (my miss) is better with Elyte. I’m a 4ish index and ball striking is not my strength. What these have done for me is give me more confidence. I’m just starting to get comfortable too. Even ignored the new Titleist T series dur to Elyte.
  12. I had my data for a while on my phone but deleted it! That said, I carry 6 iron as my longest iron. It’s a 5 iron with a 6 on it like most modern sets. I carry the A wedge but not the G. Believe those are 48° and 51° respectively. What I did different was I went with a 115g and I have mine 1° weak and 2° flat which makes my irons appear to my eye to have less offset.
  13. They are not as clicky as the ‘23 P790, that’s for sure.
