Apparently we both are because I feel exactly the same.

Some of us suffer from mental illness, I made the decision long ago to enjoy it. Plasma eruptions from the sun is my go-to to explain all kinds of stuff that worried me, I didn't understand & if I did understand, couldn't do anything about... Reality, whether virtual or not, is way overrated.

I tend to blame everything on plasma eruptions from the sun...

I think it's important to break up sessions of slow motion, partial swings with full swings at normal speed. First to see if what you are drilling is carrying over to a normal swing & second to be sure you are not training yourself to swing slowly. I've been guilty of hitting entire large buckets making slow motion swings from P3 to P8 & later realizing mostly what I had done was train myself to swing slowly...
