I suffer from AOD. That's Acronym Overload Disorder...

Apparently we both are because I feel exactly the same.

Some of us suffer from mental illness, I made the decision long ago to enjoy it. Plasma eruptions from the sun is my go-to to explain all kinds of stuff that worried me, I didn't understand & if I did understand, couldn't do anything about... Reality, whether virtual or not, is way overrated.

I think it's important to break up sessions of slow motion, partial swings with full swings at normal speed. First to see if what you are drilling is carrying over to a normal swing & second to be sure you are not training yourself to swing slowly. I've been guilty of hitting entire large buckets making slow motion swings from P3 to P8 & later realizing mostly what I had done was train myself to swing slowly...

I'm wondering where the "Is Xander Schauffle boring to watch?" thread is. Other than having a more interesting name, is Xander's golf any less boring than Scottie's? Scottie just won the same two majors in 2025 that Xander won in 2024, but I must have missed that thread. Both play similar styles of golf, hit the shot that's called for, stay away from big numbers, neither has a particularly extroverted personality or plays to the crowd or camera, minimal social media presence. I'm a big fan of them both.

I’ve got a good friend who loves to bike and takes his bike to the beach when he goes on vacation. He was hit by a car at the beach a couple of weeks ago…for the third time. To paraphrase David Feherty, at this point it’s no longer an accident, it’s a hobby.

My default is a weird looking expression on my face...

Looking at your DTL video, I was going to suggest you find somewhere else to hit balls before you get hit by a car. I thought you put a mat down on the highway near the course to hit balls into the range, then I saw the face on video & realized you weren't hitting balls in traffic! Swing looks great to me.
