That is so strange that they are limiting peoples trade in. Sorry to hear about your dilemma.

Take it into your nearest PGA Superstore. If you don't have a PGA superstore. Contact your closest local golf store and see if they are doing the 2x trade in promotion. Just be mindful the 2x trade in bonus is only good towards the new Elyte and Apex line.

And that's what makes you guys great in this type of situation. I commend all people that can look at the way you and others like the OP. Reading things like this only proves that I'm to confrontational.

I’m very happy to see this rant thread. A lot of people always say “join a private club” for better experience. You don’t see the issues on a private course like you do on a public course. That wasn’t the case for me. I got a chance to play at a Willow Creek CC last Tuesday thanks to a coworker. My first impression was the clubhouse and course looked beautiful. Staff was super friendly and very inviting. Everything was great till we got to the turn. We were waiting on the 10th for the group to tee off. The group behind our group approached us and literally yelled at us. I kept my mouth shut as I have zero room to speak. The group behind us was yelling at us for not fixing our ball marks on the green. Here’s the kicker guys. Not one of us hit 1 green on the front 9. My coworker made that clear with the group. Then they continued to drill us for not fixing the ball mark and not respecting the course. My coworker told them what ever ball mark they saw we repaired. I was repairing ball marks whenever I walked by it. Then they got on our case for not keeping up with pace. My coworker told them to just go and pass. Whether private or public it doesn’t matter as long as there are entitled dicks.

Was just at my local PGA superstore out in Sandy, Utah. Traded in 3 clubs and they gave me 2 times trade in. Bought my wife a set of Elyte irons. Irons was almost half off after trade in. FYI my trade in at PGA superstore was $11 less then what Callaway quoted me. I’d rather take the $11 loss then wait for the 10-14 days for the credit to go through the Callaway website. But ymmv with your trade in.

@caligolfer2103 I really admire how you handled the situation. I'll be honest if that was me and I saw that happen. I would have repeatedly snapped my finger and whistled at the kid. And called him out on it.

It looks like something punctured it for sure. But great to hear Titleist is taking care of it.

For sale a have a Gently used Mitsubishi Diamana GT 50 (56g) stiff flex with RH Titleist driver tip. Shafts plays at 44 1/8in and has Golf Pride mcc plus 4 grip. Shaft is untipped. I bought this shaft off of my fitter so I’m the 2nd owner to compare between this and Vanquish. Shaft is SOLD. No trade offers please. I can ship the shaft out tomorrow.
