  1. GRF plates are great. Expensive to go to a place with dual 3d plates ... but may help some golfers progress Will show sequencing (when a peak force is created in your swing) ... most golfers are too late And will show how sharp the peak vertical force is (a nice sharp peak at the right time can lead to easy club speed) ....most golfers drop but do not pop You need a pro that really understands the data and what drills or feels may help you generate the best results
  2. Yes I use slow motion swings to explore new movement patterns. My mind needs to learn that is is safe for my body to move in this new way. otherwise it will just continue to move the way it did and no learning will be possible.
  3. Great advice. Also consider using FSX pro when you practice. After your session download a spread sheet of the session. The table in the spread sheet can give you some real patterns on what you do. Then when you are working on a swing change or a new intent you can see the results in the data. Can also be useful to work on all the dispersion and accuracy measures the software calculates
