Good morning, Loungers! We stayed in Bend, OR last night and this morning we are on the way to Crater Lake. Yesterday, we went to Sahalie Falls, Proxy Falls, lava fields, Steelhead Falls, and Smith Rock State Park. -

Good morning from Corvallis, OR. Our hotel is across the street from Oregon State University. We are off in search of waterfalls and cool sightseeing spots today. Life is great! *The photos from the coast were taken at Crescent Beach at Ecola State Park. I almost forgot, we also saw whales off the coast at The Devil’s Punch Bowl State Park. -

We only spent the night in Portland and headed for the coast yesterday morning. Hopefully, we can sample a good restaurant when we return on Tuesday for our flight home. -

Good morning from Portland, OR! Yesterday was a very long day of travel for us. We experienced a couple of delayed flights; the first of which required us to re-route from a connecting flight in Chicago to one in Dallas. The second delayed flight caused us to miss the first flight to Portland, so we had to wait on a later one. Then our later flight was delayed due to a maintenance issue. We arrived at our hotel at 2:15 am local time, which was 4:15 home time. This morning, we saw on the news there is a tsunami warning for the OR coast. Let the sightseeing begin! -

Good morning, Loungers! We are heading off to the great NW on a little vacation with our daughter and her family. My wife and I are very grateful that we are invited to tag along and that we get to spend time with our oldest daughter, son-in-law, and 2 grandkids. I will send some pictures from out sightseeing adventures. -

Good Saturday morning! My course is hosting a benefit 4 person scramble this morning that myself and 3 buddies are playing in. I need to play as if it is a normal solo round or I will fall into the scramble trap of swinging too hard from the tees. -

It has been a busy week for this Ozark hillbilly. Last Thursday, I traveled with two buddies to Gothenburg, NE to play Wild Horse Golf Course. On Saturday, we drove 1.75 hours to play Bayside Golf Course. Wild Horse was an amazing links style course with lots of sand bunkers, pristine fairways, and very large greens with lots of contours. We returned home late Sunday night and I left again early Tuesday morning to deliver an Interstate Battery truck to Bryan, TX. Back home again Wednesday and today I played golf. In late September I am going on another golf meet-up in Fairfield Glade, TN. Life is good! -

No, I did not attend this epic music festival. I would have been 15 and I really don't remember having an opportunity to attend. -

Good afternoon! My buddy and I traveled to Aurora, MO today to play a course called Honey Creek. The front 9 was a little rough but the back 9 was much nicer. With our KY3 Ozarks Golf Tour card it only cost us $20 for cart rental to play.
