  1. Just grabbed some MG4's in sale...coming from SM9. Mainly wanted to try going into a slightly lighter wedge shaft 115g vs 127g in the Vokey to blend better with my 105g iron shafts. Excited to see what MG5 brings but had my eye on a set of MG4's since release because they look great!

If you’re worried about that for the 7 wood, I’d go choose one off the rack and have it re-shafted with your desired shaft. They all sit slightly different at address.

    Qi35 Tour

Another vote to test the core. I never expected to be in a TM fairway this year but this thing is just so good. I custom ordered mine from TM with a gen 5 hzrdus black.
  4. +1 there’s a few options to get the grind you’re looking for in a 56 @OP
  5. Like the above suggested an L or a T grind might be more what you’re looking for. The S grind is more suited to keeping the face square. That or you could explore a 58 D grind, bent to 56, which would bring that to 10 degrees of bounce. However, that will add some offset but could work for what you’re trying to achieve without having to grind the toe or heel yourself.
  6. Can confirm GT3 5 wood sits so square-open and looks perfect at address. I have been switching out GT3 and Qi35 (same shaft in both) but Qi35 is longer for me so just gaps a bit better in my bag. However, GT3 is a beauty to look at in every way.
  7. Interested in the shaft only. Is it built to A1? Was the shaft built by titleist?
  8. You are correct. 7W is definitely longer than the 4H. It really depends on how you want your top end of the bag to gap. My 5W is a 230-240 club, 4H 210-220. A 7W would sit somewhere between those two but I personally have no need for that many clubs at the top of my bag.
  9. My TSR1 4 hybrid is never leaving the bag. It carries 210-215 on a rope. Gaps perfectly between 4 iron and 5 wood. I have been tempted to pick up a GT1 5 hybrid to replace my 4 iron but honestly I can take some off the 4 hybrid and hit it soft if needed.
  10. What distance are you usually playing? Getting down to a single digit HC but not being able to hit a fairway wood or a hybrid is pretty impressive...
  11. I had an ai max 5 wood that would constantly give me a left miss. It is in the back of the closet so I understand that sentiment. What about a fade bias 7 wood to replace it?
  12. This is interesting because I just watched a video of a builder who was requested to bend the 3D irons weak which he was concerned about, but after he bent them, said they bent easier than any forged club. So maybe they really are soft..
