They do look different. Saying something is nonsense doesn’t leave any room for understanding. Moe wasn’t the best communicator, I’ve witnessed other talented players struggle to communicate. They may be the only one that understands and I think it is unlikely that anyone understood Moe better than Moe. What if he watched his swings side by side and said the same thing, would anybody listen?
An analogy, your new race car accelerates powerfully without hesitation and handles crisply and predictably. After 500,000 miles the same car responds differently to the same inputs, the driver may have even degraded a little. If the basic sequence of operation remains unchanged but you have to accommodate the changes are you driving differently? Would you teach others how to drive their car differently?
