How important/predictive is "Strength of Tournament" in JGS Rankings? If someone is ranked top 50, but has a very high (not good) Strength of Tournament rating, what does that imply?

there is a not insignificant chance students from China are banned from US universities

reach out to former players and ask them about the team culture also look at linkedin profiles of former players and see if any ended up doing what you might want to do post college; if you want to be a pro golfer but the school has never produced one, it's obvious it's probably not the best fit; similarly, if you want to be a doctor but no one on the team has ever gone to med school...there's probably a reason for that
