We just trialled the stock GT1 5 Wood on my 9 years old son with lightweight shaft and it has been great. Allows him to get greens in regulations on Par 5 holes with using 7i - PW for approach. It launches in the air beautifully and rolls a lot too. Once his SS goes up, I might look at getting the 3 Wood.
