I’ve been using a 365g putter head for a few months now, and I really like its feel and general distance control. But if my tempo gets slightly fast or slow, it feels like the head “lags”—it drags or gets left behind, and I can doink a putt. It has been hurting me on short putts. Personally I think the putter head feels heavy, but I want to find a solution before switching to something lighter.
Has anyone else experienced this? What adjustments or solutions have worked for you? It is a 36" mid-mallet with a double bend shaft.
