  1. One of the better videos available on the net and a must understand in my opinion. Fantastic how he introduces using the club's energy; moving momentum; and moving loft of club with nary a mention of wrists.
  2. There are playable alternative trail hand orientations, which is too long to get into, but straying too far from Hogan's grip will make life a little bit tougher. Just remember when finding your best option the thumb and index finger are the touch side of the hand and the other three fingers are the power side of the hand. Some players executing a delicate maneuver around the green might orient more like the magazine pic. Not sure what context was for magazine article.
  3. No, never will either beyond possibly looking at the colorful pictures because I know how our mass mingles with ground's resistance for our benefit.
  4. Forget magazine, Hogan's 5L book, page 25, has a good picture. Put left hand only on club and fully c0ck and set that wrist-hand at eye level and orient shaft vertical to ground, then place trail hand as shown.
  5. No negatives if sequenced properly, and finding trail side can be easier than the more stacked or centered options.
  6. I'm not too far behind you. Technology used for examining medical health in order to continue playing a game seems somewhat removed from technology used for examining health of a game- one seems more life or death than the other. Reminds me that some eat to live while others live to eat.
  7. But don't they sneak in mode value as a range?
  8. Understanding some of this forum's swing material and discussion might be less edible, or understandable, for some can make it all the more enjoyable for others looking for their one time fast moment. "arms like noodles"🙄🤣 Good luck to you. https://www.facebook.com/secretgolf/videos/10154965191008968/
  9. These are nice comments. Learning to throw a ball and playing as a kid was a summer time imperative for avoiding the alternative- staying close to home within the radius of hearing mom's voice calling to come home for light chore duty. Ball or chores, easy choice. Helped coach a travel ball team and a player didn't make the team unless they were athletes with pitching skills.
  10. You're welcome. I have a bag filled with goodies.😎
  11. A basic, ageless, concept video pulled from other sources, not heretical, good viewing material for many. The section about not interfering, or interrupting, arm momentum couldn't be more on target. That poor little ball sitting all alone on the ground just waiting for some chop to give it a mighty whack when they'd be better off taking a page from Sam Snead saying to the ball- "don't worry baby I won't hurt you."
  12. And return his observation with... 'yeah, as long as you don't find a double-cross.'
