Good thread. Thanks to Gianni for flagging it on the home page. To all of the G440 users; a) What do you think about the sound? b) How do you compare the sound of the G440 to previous model Ping drivers? c) How do you compare the sound of the G440 to other favorite drivers (especially the recent carbon-faced TaylorMades)? d) Have you tried to do anything about sound via hotmelt? (The G440 of course follows the modern trend of tour-level drivers by having a real live hot melt port.)
