Had some pro shop credit I need to use before the end of the year, decided to order one of the S2S Odysseys, went with the Jailbird.  It will be here first week of December.

I like it very much. This grip is now on an old Ping Anser 4.

 

I have found it to be very durable and I like the way it lifts the wrists at address. I recently tried a SuperStroke Pistol 1.0 but went back to the P2. I preferred both the feel (slightly firmer) and profile of the P2.

Wilson Staff TM22…..two rounds in, but like it so far…..slight toe hang, great feel.

How do you like it so far? I just bought a used SeeMore MFGP SS platinum (hasn’t arrived yet) after messing around with my old bullseye the other day and remembering how much I liked that just barely off center shaft design.

Last week. I found what I think is a cool 2012 Scotty. Putted lights out yesterday after I added some 30gr weights.

I decided the Scotty Cameron NP2 is for me after 4-5yrs of trying out different putters. As I am addicted to using different putters from this process I decided to collect the lineage of NP2s (just the base model ones for now) so I can swap out styles and get the same results on the course. It was fun to collect them, but a little painful on what putter had what original grip etc. as I have been trying to get them to be as they were when they were released.

Picked up this Jet Set Newport for under retail. I removed the grey paint fill from the top line and did it in white, added a Baby T grip and it’s ready to roll!

I ordered a S2S #7 on Black Friday deals for 15% off and it arrived in 2 days. 

 

It feels like a toe up design, but a small bias. Flows nicely and stays square to path, rolling in on the Wellputt is very, very promising. 

No learning period for me, first (and rest) puts just start straight. 

 

If its doing what LABs are doing for half the price, Im going to be very happy as putts is my worst stat by a large margin.

Got my S2S Jailbird the day before Thanksgiving, definitely toe up.  Have been rolling on my office putting mat, feeling is a bit odd off the face, doesn't feel like other AI One models to me that I've rolled in the proshop, a bit more harsh for some reason, but not bad. If I have a miss with it is is left, but I'm still adjusting to the forward press and figuring out where to play the ball in my stance.  I think I still want to release the putter head instead of just letting it flow, and it will go left quickly when I do that.....but when I don't try to manipulate the head it just wants to roll straight....  I will take it out on the course tomorrow and see how it responds under regular course conditions....

Been wanting to try a face balanced blade for a while.  Found this in good condition.  340 gram head.  Will put a Super Stroke on it and give it a go.

Found a Rahm Rossie (just like someone else did earlier this week, small world) at my local golf galaxy for a great price. Traded in an older putter I hadn’t used in a while and paid $4 in difference. Only tried it out on my mat but the micro hinge white hot face feels so much better than the regular white hot to me
