Garsen Puter grips

Just ordered an ultimate and a quad tour non taper. Interested to see these in action.

May be reviving a zombie here but how's everyone getting on with their quad tour non-tapered grip? I've owned Garsen grips before and know they're quality from a production and customer service standpoint so looking for reviews on that specific grip. I use a traditional grip

Installed a Max Tour this weekend and it definitely feels weird. Its almost as if the grip isn't long enough. As a right hander, I find that my left hand sits perfect with my thumb to the side but my right hand thumb is not off to the side like my left due to the grip not being long enough and the spine tapering down at the bottom of the grip. Anyone else notice this?

Can't weigh in on the non taper version yet, but I just installed a Quad Tour taper on my Mack Made last week. Have only rolled it a few times and it feels great. Was worried about the weight (70ish grams) vs my old Microperf grip, but it did not change feel in a bad way for me. I grip traditional w/interlock and the Quad Tour taper feels great. I feel very locked in with the putter now.

Have not noticed this feeling, but have only messed around with the Max on a friend's putter for a few putts. Everything felt good and I was choked down slightly on the grip as he plays a longer putter. The Max Tour is the same as the Max but with a different cover texture, correct?

You might wanna try the 15" version. Plenty of room for both hands without having them overlapping.

I used a Quad Non Taper last year on my Makefield VS DB.  Used a reverse overlap grip.  Had a great year on the greens.  
 

Just bought an Ultimate to try on my Makefield VS CS.  Will test both putters/grips head to head before the season.

I’ve tried the Ultimate, Max, and Quad Tour on various putters but I just found my new favorite method. I’m using a Quad Tour Non-Taper turned 90 degrees counterclockwise so the flat top is towards the target line. Works well with traditional or left hand low. Keeps my hands completely out of the stroke.

Can anyone elaborate on the texture vs SuperStroke. Does Garsen feel more like a traditional rubber grip on the outside? I want to like the SS Pistol but their texture always feels very plasticky to me. Thanks in advance.

Garsen has many textures and feels have to be more specific with which one.
