My new Miura irons came in, can’t wait to play them later today.

The CB-801’s are not intimidating at all except for the 3 and 4 iron. They actually have some meat behind them 7-PW. The TB-901 PW looks great, again not intimidating. Offset is the same throughout the set, really nice for the eye.
 

Gonna have these for a long time.

Christmas came early with all the cyber sale deals on used clubs. I was good for a few weeks since my Toulon Garage purchase in late September. But, I was falling behind other fellow members purchases. 

Wellputt mat and Puttout trainer for speed control and aim. I decided 2023 will be the year of the “Rarely 3 putt”. The spare bedroom carpet is no good for speed. The last few rounds are way better after 1-2 weeks of work. And no 3 putts yet. 

 

Toulon Chicago 34” DB with oversized grip. Toulon weight kit and Odyssey “Make it Rain” head cover. The Garage Atlanta DB was getting lonely. Pics of the ATL in the history of this thread. 
 

Callaway Epic Max LS 10.5* head only. To go along with the Epic Speed 9* and 10.5*. 
 

Callaway X Forged UT 18* and 21* with GD Tour AD DI 85x hybrid shafts. I bought the 21* used and it was a solid fit. So, I bought the 18* head and had installed the new logo DI hybrid shaft to match. Faces/soles were in mint condition, but they have some bag chatter marks. These are for tee box/fairway options for 2023 when the driver/3W/UW are giving player 1 an issue. 

That Vessel bag seems to be calling my name. I have to go or I will get more ideas if I keep looking at this thread.

Yeah, this will be my first time not using a set PW, so we'll see how it goes. Should be a fun experiment that could end up being really good though!

 

Loving the SM9's, but the MG3's were really good too.

I just find there aren’t big enough yardage gaps between my 9i, PW, GW, and SW, so would prefer just simplifying the bottom of my bag and going 9i-48-54-60.

 

Plus I prefer carrying 13-clubs anyways, so this move checks that box as well.

Was shopping with my wife the other day when I noticed there was a used sports equipment store in the same plaza. I was looking at the G410 hybrids last year but never committed because of price.

 

Walked over to 'just browse' the golf section and I see a G410 2HY 17* sitting there. First, I didnt know they even made a 2HY and I have been looking for something that I can hit on Par 5s from 220+ out, second when I looked at the price tag--Only $99.

 

So naturally I bought it since it was so cheap and saw these things go for $199-$230 elsewhere online. Anybody ever hit a 2HY before or know more about this thing haha
