Update: This club made it exactly one round for me this spring.  Distance was ok. Trajectory ok.  Generally straight.  Maybe it's my swing or because it was used it had some deformity/imperfection, but it just didn't feel "right" on contact.  The ultimately nail in the coffin was the sound, though: it sounded like I was hitting the Nike Sasquatch.  Nevertheless, the Aeroburner 3W has been in my bag for 10 years and will remain there for at least a few more more, even if this driver couldn't make the cut.

Pulled the trigger on the 2025 Masters staff bag/headcover set.  This will house my Rors Masters putter and the Rors Proto irons whenever I get them from TM.

Always looking for cheap deals, I stumbled onto some Maxfli Blue Max 3-PW muscle backs. They arrived today and I was pleasantly surprised as to size.  They're just a shade longer and much less height than my Cobra RF coppers. Good shape all around. Got a set of Project X graphites here waiting for me to get some time to assemble.  Busy month with a few tournaments on my calendar. No ferrules needed, barrel hosels!

I've been without a 5 wood for some time and I put myself on a tight budget this year. I have never tried the Nike Vapor woods, but heard they were really good. This was on eBay from Global Golf and when I watched it, they sent me an offer I couldn't refuse.  🤣

I've only hit about a dozen on the range and I'm very happy. I need to change the grip, but the club feels great.

My irons always take a foot long divot regardless of brand. Usually the divots before the ball though.
