Since a couple of members have asked, thought it was about time to post the current set-up, older WITBs soon to be deleted.

 

Driver: r510tp 10.5* (that was selected @ 2* open) with UST SPX VTS 7sx tipped .5"

length 44.25", SW d4, grip NDMC 58R blackout midsize, logo under.

 

Fairway: CB2 16.5* with UST V2 95 (tour stop selected),length 42.25",sw d4, grip same as driver

 

Irons: 962b hardstep x1 and doweled s400, lie angles progressing from 2* up in 3 iron to .5* up in pw, Titleist standard length, d4, GPTVC midsize 58R, logo under (same grip on wedges)

 

Wedges: 56* Vokey sm4 tvd M grind, s400, d6, 60* C-C special V grind s400, d8

 

Putter: Ping Zing2 BeCu 34", Pingman grip (old faithful)

[/quote]Full time bag, I have kept a very few clubs with sentimental value due to either how they were sourced or how I performed with same. I also have similarly performing backups to everything in the bag. Beginning in about '08, I got rid of lots of clubs that I knew I would no longer use regularly.

[/quote]Old school clubmakers trick, rumored to give a bit softer feel by absorbing some unwanted vibration, this particular set of irons had grinds tweaked by Voke and set blueprinted by Joe Kwok.

I love the driver, have two of em myself and I had it in the bag for the Match Play Championship in '12, and a young kid that I drew in the second round asked to look at it and he had the R11s in the bag and he asked if it was from when he was "a young kid," lol, and asked me how i could not play an adjustable 460cc head, lol. Kids, ya gotta love em.

[/quote]Most of my putters are back in NC, only brought my lower maintenance ones to HI when relocated. The only ones have out here are the BeCu Zing2, an Odyssey Protype #6, and the Machine M1a 4.0 fixer in avatar. I will see if can get some other pics for you next time visit family.

WHAT?!?! You left your welded neck CT Laguna with the tungsten weights on the sole behind? One of my all time favorite putters ever. Isn't it stainless steel? More to the point, it's now left unguarded in North Carolina?

Really slick bag though. 510TP is king of the old school drivers. Tinkering with the idea of going classic myself. Except the woods. I'll take all the help I can get to hit the fairways. Power to you for representing!

Circle T Laguna is far from unguarded, so don't get any funny ideas and ignore the little red dot That putter is carbon steel with oilcan finish. Also have a tungsten weighted JW serial Zing2 there, know that would really drive you crazy! Probably will be relocating back in near future to take over guard duties and may have to get a 303ss Ping surprise made in near future, wonder where I got that idea?
As far as the woods go, absolutely not giving up yardage to any combo I have tried, still try more than fair share of stuff, I hit these out of center of clubface majority of time and C.T. hasn't changed in years- thanks for the comments!

No nonsense going on there!!!! You are the only other guy that I know of besides Zach Johnson to play a V grind, best grind ever for me.... Vokey actually created that grind specifically for Z Johnson.
