By the way, where does the name "Canadian Crippler" come from? Is it a slang term used in the Medical Profession for a once serious illness or disease? or was a drink you created and named while attending University?

Here are pictures as requested, if interested, let me know quickly or I will be putting them up on eBay amongst others. Canadian Crippler is a name my buddy from Texas gave me after I crippled his beer fridge one night!

 

Goosenecks are 2-PW plus SW, with Dyna Step stiff shafts and Golf Pride Tour Wrap grips.

All Goosenecks would be considered "remakes" unless they were the original Wilson Top-Notch Goosenecks, but I believe CC that he is referring to the fg 53's as remakes.

The ones pictured are the first version of the "modern" Goosenecks, and the FG-53s are the second version.

1988-90 for the ones pictured. 1991-92 for the FG-53s.

I won those 11 Cleveland classic persimmon drivers a few days ago. A nice collection

Here is a pic of three Hogan 1953 Fairway woods that I bought in the last Mullocks Auction (September) and collected last week on the way back from seeing Stixman in Lancashire.

 

 

 

 

I figured it would be a pipe dream to ever find the driver with the matching K82042 serial number. The sort of thing that proves a fruitless search after many years of activity ....

 

And yet ... in a matter of days, the very driver was listed for sale on UK eBay, and the listing ended tonight with me as the only bidder :)

 

How random and bizarre is that ??!!!!

 

And what is even stranger, is that the driver was apparently bought as a singleton club at a golf course called Herning in Jutland, in the West of Denmark in the 80s by a chap who used to work out there as a Pro.

 

So amazing that the set will be able to be re-united, possibly for the very first time since they were made, after 35-40 odd years - can't wait to hit the driver in particular !

 

 

They all have Apex 4 shafts. The fairways are all gripped with brown Neumann calf leather grips, while the driver has a green Victory grip. So now the hunt switches focus to a brown leather Neumann grip and underlisting LOL.
