Unfortunate to see you guys getting hung out to dry by a member with such a good rep. Goes to show you how regardless of repuatation or feedback you should still always follow the same steps and protect yourself. Thankfully you guys didn't gift payment or anything silly so you will get your money back. Hopefully all is well with Milo, seemed like a good dude when I bought from him.

Count me as the third awaiting a shipment from Milo. My purchase was 12/6, was first told shipment would go out 12/8, then in 12/9 I was told due to family illness he would ship on the 10th or 11th. I was fine with that, but haven't heard from him since. Sounds like I need to file a claim with PayPal?

I hope nothing serious has happened to him. With the feedback and fact he hasn't been on in 2 weeks +, I would normally lean towards something out of the ordinary having happened (think serious injury /death), but his past issues with it happening does make you wonder. Either way, nothing improper about filing the claim. Good luck!

Yeah, I really hope everything is ok. We've seen now on two separate sales he's said that he hasn't been able to ship on time due to family issues. Which I can understand something like that delaying shipping a couple of days or so (I just had a friend go through a terrible family issue so I truly do understand). But this appears to be a pattern of delays. The only thing that would keep someone off this long without at least sending an email is something happening directly to him. Which would be absolutely terrible. I hope that is not the case. I would rather him try to steal my money than that happen. I thought I saw someone say that there were friends of his on this site. Hopefully they will read this and at least confirm he is ok.[/size]

I know where he used to work, but got relocated to a different location and haven't seen him since. I've chatted with him a few times in person, and sent him a question about some equipment a few weeks back and never heard back from him on here either, which is kind of strange as he usually would respond within a day.

I know where he is now, so if I'm ever in that area, I'll be sure to drop by and see if anyone knows anything.

I just received an email from PayPal saying they recovered and credited my $175.00. I hope you guys have had the same luck?

Has anyone heard anything from or about the seller? It's now been a full month since I heard from him, seems a bit concerning given all his positive feedback.

As an update, Paypal refunded my money in full. Never heard from Milo. It was intimated to me by a friend of a friend that he may be incarcerated and thus unable to respond for the foreseeable future. Don't know that for sure, but it would kind of make sense.

I got my money back today as well. I think it took this long as I've never had to do a PayPal complaint and didn't really know the steps so I took forever on the 2nd step. I hope all is well for the guy.

Hey guys just hoping to shed a little light here. Milo and I have gone back a few years now, I've kinda followed him from shop to shop over the years since he does the best work I've been able to find in the Chicago area.

Anyway, took a stop in one of his old shops recently. Heard through the grapevine that he ran into some medical issues. Don't know the details behind it (and even if I did this wouldn't be the time or place), but i know this is definitely a case of life getting in the way. Glad to see people able to get their funds back from PayPal. I know buyers are probably still a little frustrated, but want to make sure what's really going on is presented so folks can better understand why this happened. He's still a top notch seller and I'm sure when he's back from whatever he has going on he'll be back to normal form.

Glad to hear there's at least word on him, even though it doesn't sound like positive word. I chatted with him a few times when he was in the store close to me, seemed like a knowledgeable guy, easy to talk to. Hope whatever it is gets situated and taken care of. I'd like to see him back on here.

Just go to his feedback that you left and click the icon on the far right to "report" the feedback. You'll then be able to enter why you're reporting it at which time you can say you want it removed for the stated reason. I just had to this for an accidental duplicate feedback I ended up leaving for a member due to an iPad malfunction
