Tired of the online retail bashing... Global Golf has a happy customer...

So, we more often than not see threads started about "Can you believe they sent a club in this packaging???" "OMG, THAT is what you call 'condition?'" etc etc etc...

 

Well, I wanted to be one of the few to say... THANK YOU GLOBAL GOLF!

 

I bought a G30 SF Tec driver in "excellent condition" last week. They sent me the tracking info and a day later I tried to track it, to no avail. I sent them an email and within 3.5 hours I got a response from Ryan Spaziani at Global Golf explaining that there was an issue and that FedEx SmartPost tracking numbers weren't showing up. BUT, if the item was not to me by Oct 22 to contact them for further info.

 

Well, I got the G30 today.... and well, it could have been sold as new as far as I am concerned....

 

Thank you Global Golf, in the midst of ever flowing negative reviews and feedback, here is a positive one and I will be ordering from you again. It also came with a sock but that is not pictured!

They are my favorite as well. The trade-ins are generally the best I can find too. In fact they are running + 30% until the 26th and I am planning to take advantage of it.

Joey that was probably due to the tracking. Very nice gesture. Not sure what you paid for the G30 (nice find BTW), but now you also got an additional $20 off.

I haven't hit it yet... cold here in Syracuse... but it will be 70 on Tuesday so I will play then. It will go up against the Jetspeed and the Japan 430 SLDR head I found on BST as well. Then there will be a BST ad for the ones that just didn't work for me.

I was able to get the G30 for a great price since another WRXer informed me of a 15% off discount code and a free shipping code. Come to find out it was the only G30 SF Tec they had in stock because a few others on here went to buy one right after me and they were gone.

I just with the adapter were interchangeable. The G30 with stock shaft is going against the Jetspeed with AD DI 7x and the SLDR 430 with the AD-MT6x shaft. I guess if the G30 wins worlds may collide and hell may freeze over... a stock, no tp, shaft beating out the others??!?!? lol

Global Golf has been really good for me over the years. This is one of my latest scores from them. Tommy Armour Silver Scot Blades, 3-pw, 'very good' condition but virtually unhit, $75. I may be too chicken to play them regularly, but they are beautiful and are more forgiving than you'd think.

This thread just saved me so much money and early x-mas shopping is now done for one person. 130% earned me $140 worth of clubs that were just sitting in my closet that I would have never used. Shipped the clubs off today and bought my father in law a new golf bag for X-mas. This is what makes WRX a great site!!
