Interesting Drill

It seems like you would have too many major body parts moving in counteracting directions. I wouldn't try this.

He says Ryan Chaney in the video. I was searching on swaying in the backswing, which I used to do and now have over done the correction I think and found this.

Hips rotating clockwise and shoulders counter. Most guys that come to my lesson tee would hurt themselves.

I would say stay away unless you want a massive snapper to come into play. Reminds me of an old coach "flip" drill. It is no wonder that he has to balance himself out with this drill:

?? I think the swing in the video looks pretty good. Kinda has a Chad Campbell finish.

Not bad. A few things that could be easily fixed by someone who understood cause and effect.

Just watched the video right the way through lol. Didn't see the "drunken" version of the drill. OUCH!!

I would be really interested in whether Rose was doing this and if Grant also uses this drill? I hadn't planned on leaving Dan for sure I was just looking for some drills because some times I feel like I get my lower body moving the wrong way. I have had some stiff back issues at times this season so I can't afford to risk messing my back up for sure.

I am going to send iteach the video and see what he thinks.

My take (watch videos like these without the sound before letting my mind get polluted):

blah, blah, blah, blah, walk through drill, blah, blah, blah, over the top, blah, blah, blah, walk through over the top, blah, blah, blah, blah, step behind instead of walk through, blah, blah, blah, blah, bleck, vomit, furball.

This video is right up there with that Venotos one for being awful. The back is one thing, a ruined swing is thrown in just for kicking you while you're in spasms on the ground.
