TM will hook you up. Had a customer crack a R11S, sent it back, got a White SLDR, you might even get a R15 if they are out of SLDR Heads.

1st of all I cracked up. I went to find my own thread and couldn't. Had to google it. Didn't know it had been moved here. So sorry I haven't been following it. Anyway. With the holiday yesterday it took till this morning to talk with TM customer service. And I'll say I was impressed. Very nice spoken guy who was pleased to help. Told me to take it to my favorite retailer and they would send it back in for me. Said if the retailer agreed with me that is was cracked then it was cracked. No questions. So I took it to my local shop. Bypass golf. And then was blown away again. Handed it over and without me showing them they could see both cracks. Pointed them out accurately. I responded that I couldn't believe they could see them without me pointing them out. He says " I've been looking at club faces for 33 years" so I smiled and said I'm glad. I thought this may be a hassle. But it was the opposite. Said he would send it in. Took my info and then I commented " I'm going to look around at the used drivers. I have to have something to play in the meantime and I just traded my spare head. I don't have another driver. " he said hold on a sec. Came back with a 430 head He says. Got one right here. I thought he was trying to sell me one. Nope. He says take it. We will swap back when your new head comes in. How do you like that. A free loaner identical to my gamer. I thanked him profusely. Now mind you I do shop there a lot. But you can rest assured I'll buy anything I can from then in the future with service like that. So all is well so far. Still don't know if I'll get a sldr or r15 head. TM guy wasn't sure if they would have my loft 430 sldr head left or not. Said they would call if not. I honesty am hoping sldr.

Well update. Just got off the phone with TM and looks like they are out of 9 degree 430 heads. So I have a R15 430 head in 8.5 on the way. Wow. I have never even hit one. Kind of worried in a way. But I guess I can always sell it if need be and buy another sldr. But here's to hoping I love it!

Score! I'd just leave it in the shrinkwrap and sell it...you'll have plenty to replace the sldr head and still have some fun money left over.

lol... but the Hoe In me will have to hit it...I may go to a big box store and hit a demo and see what I think... I had vowed to keep that sldr 430 forever since it fit me so well...and would have ...I haven't hit anything else since I bought it when the sldr first hit.... heres another funny note... I may be the only guy on the planet with a R15 and a R11 graphics shaft.....Ill put the same Matrix radix 6321X in it for sure...how ghetto fabulous is that!?
