Ryan Moore driver today

Did he ditch the Parson's driver? On 18 just now i slowed it down and it looked like a Jetspeed, silver face and bottom. Anyone else see that?

That looks like an AeroBurner FW. Seems like Kuro Kage TiNi shafts are nearly standard issue for guys using 2015 TM woods on tour.

It was either a Jetspeed or a SLDR, but it didn't have the light tab on the back of the crown, so I'm leaning Jetspeed.

I think he actually changed his whole bag. Different driver, 3 wood, and putter definitely and I saw him hit an iron that didn't have the Parsons holes in them. Wonder what's going on?

They did a slow-mo of him hitting a shot. His irons are still the Parsons blade, the rest of the stuff has changed. Looks to be Jetspeed driver, Yes! putter, Adams hybrid, Aeroburner fairway...

I will take sponsorship money if it doesn't hinder performance; he picks what clubs he wants to play.

I am kind of over the Ryan Moore, "I choose not to be tied to an equipment company" line, immediately followed by the "I love my new, _____insert obscure club here_______" line, and then the no logos, covered in logos thing. He's having a pretty solid year, so good for him. Maybe I am more sensitive to the comments on here than any press he has driven with his own comments, so I might be being too harsh.

I'll agree with you here. For whatever reason it's just kind of annoying. However, I think he is absolutely maximizing the cash he's making off the course which is a pretty smart way of going about a professional golf career.

That shaft is hot right now I have been told. The Kuro Kage XT. The new hot sh*t on tour, and everyone is playing it right now bc it has an extremely stiff butt and tip, from what I have read.

I remember him saying a few years ago that he was going sans sponsorship because he thought it would make him work harder on his game if prize money was his only source of income. I understand the thought process, but that's a lot of money for a top 50 player in the world to leave on the table.

A Yes Callie putter and a Jetspeed driver. Pretty impressive that he can get it done with a variety of equipment week to week. I do like his Seamus head cover.

[/quote]Given that he has a financial interest in a few of the companies' logos he's wearing, I would call it good marketing. He also went to UNLV and lives in Las Vegas so the MGM/MLife sponsorship is his way of supporting a local business!

Completely agree. I find his 'i gotta be different for the sake of being different' very annoying. I couldn't care less what clubs he plays with.

Some people are just wired differently, so getting annoyed by it doesn't make much sense to me.

We may not have seen much of the Parsons driver if it weren't for him, so I'm thankful for the sneak peek.

We all hve are golf quirks. Mine is lead tape. I like my clubs heavier and always get werid looks but I really dont care anymore. It makes be a better player.
