Claus,

I feel for you. Getting ripped off always sucks and this guy sounds like a total scum bag.

For what it's worth, I would pay him a visit and get my money back cash in hand.

Maybe have a round or two of USA golf while you're there.

Hope it works out for you,

Milo.

It probably ends up with that. My bank says the amount Paul charged me, was charged more than 180 days ago, and they won't cover this loss. The police in Shreveport is litterally 1000 KM away - so I guess it will end up with a mad Claus in a shop somewehere in Shreveport, Louisiana - I would like to get my money back, but I would also like to face this crook, PAUL MANCO, and look into this guys eyes and his face and tell him a thing or two. I feel sorry for his asthmatic kid, to have a low life father like Paul :(

If you really want to affect his business everyone who's been screwed should ban together and contact the companies he is a distributor for. I'm sure Muira and all the other companies would like to know that one of there accounts is ripping off loyal customers. His accounts being closed will really get his attention.

Claus. Since you haven't posted in a few days, I hope everything worked out for you. If not. I spoke with my attorney yesterday about this. He read though this thread. He concluded that you need to contact the FBI. Because you ordered over the phone/internet/mail, it is considered Wire Fraud. Which is a Federal Offence. Also. You can still contact the local Police in his area. And contact INTERPOL. Even though they are not a "Police Department", they do collect all the information about any type of illegal activities crossing Country lines. Then use the information to help other Police organizations. As a last and expensive option, you can sue him. Where you live does not matter. The more people who have been wronged by this guy that complain, the stronger case you have against him. Please save these post. And gather all of your e-mails and phone records. And don't forget your receipts.

One more thing. Someone posted that Paul said the OEM's would not ship him until his shop was completed. I spoke with my shipping department, and they said because he is already an account, they would ship him. No one stops shipments because you are moving to a new location. If you're in good credit standing with your suppliers, then they/we ship. We don't want to screw "our"(read paid/special order) customers who have ordered either. JAT

Thread cleaned up...

Guys, please press the violation button when you see a personal attack or a violation of our rules instead of replying to the meaningless posts...would be a big help!

Thanks :D

Riuzzi-

Just FYI: I didn't report it as a violation because I wasn't sure it was an attack (it was so poorly written.). I was hoping the author would clarify and prove my suspicions wrong.

EDIT: OH, and thanks for your support with the avatar, but my last name is spelled F-o-x-t-r-o-t, not PH-o-x-t-r-o-t.

I deleted another post after yours Charlie, my post wasn't really directed at you :censored2:

And no problem on the avatar! I'm still waiting eagerly to hear back from you regarding the t-shirt/cap/badge design! I'm not sure we can get that "hot pink" color that you want for the heart, but you know I'll try ;)

(Copenfagen does sound kinda weird though!)

Paul still has not sent me anything. He sent me an email last week in which he asked me NOT do debate our personal correspondence on an internet forum. Let me guess why Paul don't like this.......I give up :censored2:

Paul said he would deal with me if I tried to set him out of his business. He asked if I would like my money back of the golf gear, but he could not send me the golf gear now, I had to wait 30 days.

The guy is full of it, I'll copy and paste his email here and my reply to him........the best way of telling you how I feel and what is going on between Paul and I. Also know that a couple of other guys have trouble with Paul, we await the situation. I haven't head from my bank yet, but 95% says they won't cover the amount Paul has charged on my mastercard, because it was done back in may 2006.

I'll post it later today.

Thanks to everybody for your help and interest in this awkward case & situation :D

Paul has sent me yet another email in which he once again says he will send me the items he still owe me - and I've asked him to ship me a Titleist 907 D2 driver for free, because I paid $200 back in January for a cancellation of a set of Mp-60's irons (and instead opted for a set of Ping S58 - but I will not accept paying this fee, because the S58's still hasn't been sent to me). He also has promised me one 585H hybrid for free - he forgets that I already paid for it, hence the way I see it, he still ows me $400, and that's what a Titleist 907 D2 driver cost. If Paul will accept these terms and conditions, and he ships the stuff he owes me, I accept it.

I may be naive, but I will give Paul a chance - I'll get back to this thread, IF Paul does not react to these demands and does not send me my golf gear. Some one in here must know Paul and inform him on what's going on in here - if YOU read this, then please tell Paul, that I will stop this thread as soon as Paul ships me the stuff I've paid for AND sends me a free NEW Titleist 907 D2 driver.

What about the design with the rainbows and unicorns inside the heart? That would be fabulouth.

Claus-

This is complete B.S. This guy is taking advantage of you because you are out of the country. Give him wire instructions and tell him to have the money back into your account within 12 hours or you are calling the police. No more Mr. Nice Golfer.

i agree with charlie, he has really been taking advantage of you and sounds like he talks a lot. but that seems like it's all he does: talk. if it were me, i'd want my money back ASAP. you never know when he goes missing in action again.

Or what he's doing while he delays you - like hiding assets or preparing to file bankruptcy.

Exactly. The point here should be, send me something and send it now. His website is still operating and he is still taking orders so he is at least representing that he is still solvent. You should tell him, look, today, send me money - today. Not in a week, not in 30 days. If it were me I would just give him a timeframe, say 72 hours. I want my clubs or money in that time or everything goes to the local authorities. After a year or however long that its been you've been far beyond patient.

thanks claus, I still have not heard anything as of today.

Hello tongt :shok:

I told Paul in my email to him - sent 5 minutes ago - that he needs to clear thing with his international customers and that I know a guy from Thailand who still has not received his MIura Cb-1006 irons and a guy from Sweden who misses a Hybrid club.

Paul just sent me an email in which he says he will ship me my stuff today - let's see if he is telling the truth this time around.

I will continue to try and help you with your Miura irons, tongt - that's a promise from me to you - don't know if my emails and discussion will matter, but I'll do what i can to help you. You should be playing with your Miura Cb-1006 irons a loooon time ago on the great sunny golf courses in your country.

I could have sent this as a PM, but I thought it would be better and more correct to post it in this thread.

Have you guys sent Mirua a letter about this? They might want to know one of their dealers is hassling customers and dragging their name through the mud.

Agree, this is the appropriate & most effective course of action.

Personally, I would have forgotten about the clubs and demanded a wire transfer of my funds back into my account. I doubt his bank's computer lost it's email/internet connection like his did. :bad:

I've purchased several sets of irons and other stuff from Paul Manco and his golf store at www.shreveportgolfonline.com - among other a set of Ping S58 irons, but I've been playing with a friends Ping S58 irons set for the last 4 months now, because Paul was moving his business to a new location and for some reason wasn't able to ship the irons to me.

I told him that I used my friends set and that he should take it easy and ship it when he felt ready for it.

Paul then emailed me more than 2 months ago promising me that the Ping S58's were ready for delivery, but then nothing happens. On top of that I've also paid for two Titleist 585H hybrids, FT-5 Driver and grips and stuff - but he does not reply to my emails.

I've tried calling him twice during the last two weeks, and no reply either.

I'm beginning to worry - will I ever receive the golf gear, that I already paid for 10 months ago ?

Paul has been really really nice to me in so many ways, but in my last email to him, I had to explain that I would contact the authorities if he didn't respond to my emails or phone calls. I'm really really sad that it had to end this way, because I really think Paul was a nice and very friendly guy who offered me great service - but I simply can't accept waiting for a set of irons and hybrids for more than 4-5 months, while Paul promise me they are ready for shipment and still nothing happens.

Anybody besides me having trouble getting in touch with Paul Manco ?

If I don't hear from him within next week, I'll have to contact my local bank and tell them my Golf gear delivery guy from USA has charged more than $2,000 on my mastercard without ever sending me the golf gear I paid for - it's really sad, but what else can I do black%20eye.gif :bad:

EDIT:

It should be noted that Paul did send me a set of Miura irons and Titleist driver back in june and a set of Ping irons in september, but he still has a set of S58 irons, two Titleist 585H hybrids and a Cally Tour FT-5 driver that he hasn't send to me, though he promised he would ship them to me more than 2 months ago.

Claus,

I have a VERY close friend/student who's a LA State Judge and who lives within' 30 miles of SHV........I'd be more than happy to give him a call and find out what legal options you have in LA, etc. IF you need any help just email me.......
