BEWARE Of SOSINSURR: Paid but didn't receive my putter...(Merged)

Very disappointed in a seller on our BST. Paid for a Scotty Cameron putter back on Aug. 2 and still haven't received it.

 

I have a 31-email exchange with him and haven't heard back from him in over five days. Sent me a bogus tracking number to boot.

I have the exact same experience on the same post but with the R15 driver. I have a 45 email exchange and a bogus tracking number. Very disappointing. I'm on the opposite end of the spectrum as you. This was my first transaction on BST.

It was literally my first transaction on BST. As a newb, is it odd for people to use their email? I've since purchased two more clubs (before I knew I'd been had) and all of the communication was done through PM's on the site. I'm not sure if it would have made a difference but looking back, he's the only one to request email. I received both clubs without an issue.

New around here, but why wouldn't he be reprimanded or banned based on that prior negative feedback? Seems like if you rip someone off once, you shouldn't be allowed to stick around.

I don't know the official "rules" for that but I always check all feedback. Some negatives can come down to opinion - condition for example and not be a giant red flag unless it keeps happening. But if I saw something like that I'd more than likely stay away despite all the other positives. I mean it flat out says someone bought something and never got it and alludes to the fact there are other victims.

He's a Physical Education teacher at a high school. If anyone wants the number to try and talk to this guy just PM me. Im sure that this can be done without ruining this guys career, just simply ask to speak with him and be nice and try to understand what is going on?

I was in long talks with him a while back when he had his rocketbladez listed . we were discussing a possible trade but something felt off in speaking with him and I checked his feedback and seen he had some negative feedback a while ago.. Same stuff you guys are complaining about now. I'm really glad I didn't do the trade.

It sure seems like a lot of the scammers in the BST are always constantly attempting to aggressively "bump" their posts, replying "need to move these", "come on make some offers", Kingleo and JR both did this. This guy's ads have a very similar feel.

I have had people asking for gifted money more than normal around here lately. I wonder if people are getting hacked and don't know it. Maybe someone that used to post, hasn't in a while but as ok to good rep, then they show up again but someone else it at the controls. Who knows. Gotta be a good detective on BST anymore to feel somewhat safe with a purchase.
