The active PT members are pleasant and the site is a treasure trove of information. I really hope they aren't down for the count.

Hopefully, one day soon, puttertalk will be able to sort out their issues, and maybe start screening their own signups, rather than using WRX as their personal captcha service. :beruo:

I requested registration twice and was greeted the next day on the second try.

There are some issues going on at PT behind the scenes. I know that the creator of PT is trying to rectify these issues and move PT forward. PT has slowed down quite a bit but there is still a great core of members who post regularly. There are a couple of boards that are pretty heavily active. The Byron Morgan board is active. The TP Mills board has shown more activity as of the past few months. Other boards have quieted but there is still activity. I was just there yesterday. I am certain the issues currently going on will be resolved quickly.

The site is down again today. They had said a freshening was coming to the site, so maybe that's what is underway? I really hope so.

 

It's a good place to learn about and discuss most of the putter manufacturers. I can always count on finding someone knowledgeable when I have a question about a putter.
