M1 fairway

All the press and love has been towards the driver;rightfully so....but does anyone have on course feedback for the fairway? I've hit it indoors but being lefty, it's tough to demo most setups..

 

Looking for information concerning the launch/carry of the line.

Just ordered the M1 3 wood with the Fujikura 757 Evo in X flex. This thing is going to be a bomber. I have the 757 in my driver and it's the best shaft I've ever felt. I can't wait to try it.

I have the M1 3 wood with Rogue 70x and love it. The distance is better than my cobra fly z+ and it's just so easy to hit.

4 rounds with M1 HL with Aldila Tour Blue 75. Very long and easy to hit of deck and tee. Used it Monday in a scramble to reach a par 5 in 2. Ball jumps off face, feels great and the shaft was not an upcharge. Highly suggest a demo to anyone in the market for a new 3 wood

I hit the 3 wood and the HL version. Very solid feel. The set up is great at address.

The star of the bunch. Best FW I have ever hit period. 70X4 white tie HL set to lowest and weights is most forgiving setting.

Keep reading how great this and decided to order a 3 wood with Oban Revenge 8 to put up against my xcg7 beta. 915F couldn't beat it, let's see if this lives up to the hype.

hit it and liked it, still think my ping g30 might be easier to hit and similar distances...wasnt hotter off the face for me like the driver was. and didnt have that sound that the driver has. potential but maybe not new for me, Ill look used.

I finally played with mine on Saturday morning. I only hit it 4 times, but it was money every time. Dead straight, super solid any every bit as long as my 14.5 RBZ Tour 3W. It felt much more solid and forgiving than the RBZ. I put the two weights on each end of the track for max forgiveness. The 757 TS shaft was also Awesome feeling.

Love this club, it's a keeper!

Have any of the pros switched to these? Everyone switched to driver immediately, but I haven't seen any of them using or talking about the fairway??

Curious on more feedback. Doesn't seem many using stock Fuji pro shaft. Why is that.

It's as good or better than anything else currently offered. IMHO, the Stage 2 is the best TM non-driver offered since the V-Steel, but hey that's just me. The M1 can give the Stage 2 a run for it's money and very worthy of consideration.

Got my hands on a 3 wood with a fujikura pro 70 x stiff. I tried every setting possible and went through about a good 7-8 shafts. Played a round with it and a lot of range time and didn't sit well with me. Couldn't out perform my SLDR TP TS. I have the M1 driver and love it but the fairway wood did not work for me. Dispersion was everywhere and I didn't get that flush feeling I get with SLDR when hit on the screws. Didn't feel like the ball jumped off the face. Took it back for a store credit. I can see that it will work for some but it didn't work for me.

Had some gift cards & credit at Golfsmith so I went in to demo some fairways the other day. The M1 was consistently long and dead straight on the monitor. The stock stiff with the Fujikura Pro 73 was so good I didn't even consider any other shaft. I ended up with the 5w which I think is 19*. You never really know how the sim #s will relate to reality, but I couldn't be happier with it.

I took it to the range and hit it for the first time on Wednesday. It performed extremely well. I'm looking for a 5w that will carry roughly 225y and I want it to be versatile. Its still early, but I feel like the M1 is exactly what Id want in a 5w. It's long and straight by default but I can move it both ways and can hit it high and low. Again, its early and I've only hit it in store and at a range off the mats but its promising. I've left it in the std loft and Both weights in the middle. It feels great and I don't think I'll move anything around until I get some time on course.

Was playing yesterday with my buddy who plays on the Web.com and TM sent him the 3 and 5 wood M1 with the not for resale Matrix white tie 60x in them and he was smoking them. High and straight, shaft was too light he said but he was liking them. On 18 at TPC Louisiana he had like 250 in and put it right off the front edge to a front pin location. Beautiful flight and sound from the M1 Fwys

Still loving mine. I bought 2 and decided to keep the one with the Tour AD-DI in it. So now I am looking to sell the one with the Speeder Evo TS 661. I don't remember being this satisfied with my bag in a long time LOL!

I just got a 15 deg M1. Love the look and it's silly forgiving. Going to kick 915F out the bag in 2016. I- was disappointed in the current TM stock shaft selection though. Ended up with a stock 757 Evo TS but not a fan - feels too heavy and a bit dead. Going to try and find a Kai'li 70 or 80 shaft for it...

Just got a tour issue M1 3 wood and I absolutely love it. It is better than the aeroburner TP that I was using . I found it easier to hit, more accurate and slightly longer. I have a 5 wood as well but I am still looking for a shaft to try it.
