M1 fairway

Got my hands on a 3 wood with a fujikura pro 70 x stiff. I tried every setting possible and went through about a good 7-8 shafts. Played a round with it and a lot of range time and didn't sit well with me. Couldn't out perform my SLDR TP TS. I have the M1 driver and love it but the fairway wood did not work for me. Dispersion was everywhere and I didn't get that flush feeling I get with SLDR when hit on the screws. Didn't feel like the ball jumped off the face. Took it back for a store credit. I can see that it will work for some but it didn't work for me.

I had similar experience with the M1 15* with Fuji Pro 70, and also tried it with the Fuji Pro 73. Went back to my Aeroburner TP.

i tried the m1, but my tour R15 TP (hotmelted) beat it in every category...sound/feel, dispersion and distance. something didn't feel right or as solid as my R15.

Still loving my r15 , perfect performce from the tee and the deck

Only thing that would tempt me is a m1 TS , had an sldr TS which was awesome and of course I'd go back to a rbz s2 if the head size where smaller

Bagged an M1 with Kuro Kage a couple weeks ago. Wouldn't say it's the most forgiving 3-wood but is very easy to launch. Switching from an XR so it's a bit heavier. Still testing but initial reaction is M1 is longer from the deck due to launch. I hook the crap out of the XR off the tee so not a fair competition. Was fit with the Kuro Kage in the M2 driver so never tried the stock Fuji shaft.

My M1 3 wood is the only club in my bag that really makes me feel like I just hit a "professional shot". This thing is the absolute real deal. I was hitting it at the 15* stock too far and had to loft it up to 15.75* and it just absolutely soars with such an awesome feeling off the face, both off the tee and off the deck. If it's a course where I am going to use it a lot more than my driver or my driver isn't working that day I crank it back up to 15*. This club is a beast.
