I have a handful of Mills putters, I gamed this one today, it is a high-toe blade, 353 grams, flow neck.  I need to get it refinished, but I do not want to take it out of my rotation.

I only rolled it a few times on carpet last night, but there's a ton of feedback from both the slot back and the bullet sole.   It's incredibly stable too - which is a bit different than other Mills putters I've had.  The ball seems to come off very straight.  Excited to get it to the course to play.

Yeah. The feedback from the slot back is impressive. You know when you miss it. I had a Gauge Design with an aluminum-style insert for a brief stint that was similar. You knew exactly when and where you missed.

There’s a few on a particular website. This one was discounted for some reason so I scooped it.

Not yet. He is sending it on the 6th. Can’t wait to see it! I’ll post pics as soon as it comes in.

New fleetwood in from David. Minimal offset and sets up closer to a center shaft compared to his typical flow necks.

We are now a year removed from last year's "lefty losers" who weren't able to band together and score a putter from Mr. David Mills haha. Has anybody gotten lucky with ordering a lefty in the past 12 months? Any idea what it takes to get on his good list? Or is it just random luck of the draw when you call/email? I nabbed a TP Mills off of eBay, but it's not really what I'm comfortable gaming, and I'm still hoping to get the call one day to get a putter directly from him...

Somewhat irrelevant haha...I know I can get something made by any other custom maker that fits my preferred specs (I kinda already did that with Compass Golf/Matt Gay), but I really appreciate the variations seen with TP Mills shapes as well as the history of the brand. Gamer would be a Flat T with a long pipe flow neck in Dixie Gray and whatever David wants to stamp. A random fun one would be a Softtail with a long flow pencil neck similar to the one that got plated with copper or that was torched blue posted a few pages back. I got a couple of Lajosi putters last year, but they got stolen out of my car the week I got them...and while they were awesome quality, I think any future custom I order is gonna lean on the side of "imperfectly perfect" with some hand stamps, hand softening, etc. I don't want everything straight from a CNC mill/engraved if I'm going the custom/boutique route.
