Careful what you wish for, It is looking more and more like Seattle might end up playing Carolina again after the bye.
Whoever backs into the NFC East division title will have to play Seattle which is an easy victory for Seattle. They hold the 5th seed so unless Minnesota beats Green Bay in the first round, it is going to be Carolina vs Seattle, and AZ vs Green Bay.
The way Seattle is playing lately, they are a very dangerous team, and having lost earlier in the season to Carolina, they might be looking for some revenge!

I don't think Russell Wilson is worthy of the MVP discussion, but he is certainly playing in peak form right now.

Cam is not 13-0, the Carolina Panthers are.

Yeah, Boyd doesn't like stats...... RW has more yards, better completion %, better yards per attempt, better rating, and a better yards per rush average. Cam has 2 more TDs through the air and 6 more on the ground, so credit goes to him there.

In the head to head, both guys didn't play great. Didn't watch the game to see who had the impact plays, but RW had better stats across the line that day

I was going to point out last week Cam was not in the top 5 for yards and completion % and most actual QB stats. I had a feeling but he's undefeated would be the reply so i didn't bother. I still stand by original remark that Cam isn't even the MVP of the Panthers. I'm on the Palmer wagon still too. And that's a division rival for me so it's hard for me to admit

Exactly, you didn't watch the game like always lol. This forum is the only place that keeps pointing towards stats, football people who actually watch the games and use their eyes to see what players are doing for their teams, the consensus is Cam is doing the most. Oh and Cam led 2 85+ yard TD drives in the 4th to lead the panthers to victory against the adderallhawks

Id argue Matt Ryan and Dallas have the best weapons in the NFC and AZ has a fairly mediocre OL.

No one is saying Cam sucks but in many opinions he's not mvp caliber. I'm too lazy to look at the numbers to entertain you but if he wins he'll be one of the statistically worst QB mvps. He'll most likely win because of the hype kinda like the Heisman this year. I'd put Kuechly and Norman ahead of Cam for team MVP.

I don't have a dog in this fight but Cam has been really good in Nov and Dec and his 4th quarter stats in close games is also really good. Palmer has had a better all around season but Cam has turned it on late. If Car goes undefeated than Cam will be and should be the MVP.

Put them on most teams without a elite qb they don't do anything close to what they do in AZ. Fitz is at this age is a very good possession wr but no longer a true #1. Floyd is hit or miss disappears at times and plays like a legit 2 at others. Outside of Fitz and his tenacity smarts and work ethic all the others are easily replaceable.

Bottom line is Palmer makes them all look better than they really are with his play.

Completely agree and I'm a Cards fan! I still love watching all those guys. They call John Brown Smokey for a reason, but I think JJ Nelson is faster! Crazy speed! Maybe they should come up with "Flash Mode" to counter "Beast Mode"!

Pro football focus has them graded as the best receiving core by a wide margin, 2 guys in the top 5 in drop percentage and elite speed, I don't know what else you can ask for to be honest

If we are really making the supporting cast argument for Cam over Palmer, plz explain to me why you have Cam over Wilson.

As far as play makers go, Wilson has next to nothing left. He making Doug Baldwin and Lockette look like Anotnio Brown and Julio Jones out there over the last 3-4 weeks or so. Oh and he just lost another RB and the O Line is iffy at best.

I'm not saying Wilson should win, but don't make your argument for Cam based on the supporting cast that he does (or doesn't) have.

Car is 9th team ever to start 13-0. One of the prior teams came before there was an MVP.... So of the other 7 teams - 5 of them had the MVP. One team that didn't have the MVP was the 72 Dolphins. The one other team that didn't was the 2009 Saint's.... That year Peyton Manning won it as his team also start 13-0. Basically all but one 13-0 team had the league MVP. I am not sure there is not much of a discussion at this point.
