Harcourt Kemp and Hugh Kenworthy III sound like a couple of guys with inside trading experience.

 

Probably were on Jeb's campaign committee, now disbanded, plenty time for golf.

Actually Kenworthy saved a relative quite a bit of coin back in the early 90's when a private bank that he ran was one of two that the state moved in on to take them over because they were deemed "insolvent." Normally, any deposits over $100k were to be frozen/confiscated however Kenworthy and a few senior partners, with the State Police pulling into the parking lot, transferred most of about five depositors' funds out, with my relative's being one.

 

He caught my relative going into a corporate M&A negotiation(He's an attny) and he said simply, "Don't ask me questions, just give me a f****** account number," lol.

 

He did, lmao

 

The state tried to later first freeze, then confiscate these funds, however there were operating under a rare "private bank" structure that allowed them special fiduciary obligations and privileges. The state's attempt to confiscate the deposits failed, lol

LMAO, Bro, I always liked having "II" versus "Jr," lol

 

Then my Junior year in HS, they gave me a roomie who's last name had a "IV" behind it, lol.

 

I'm thinkin "holy s***, this kid's family makes my dad look like a higher paid peasant," lmao-

 

As we were a Boys' school, and boys bein boys, they put him with me to smooth his "adjustment period" with the other kids.

 

The headmaster let me know in no uncertain terms that his well being was my responsibility, lol

 

He was fine and didn't need me at all(well, after a few talks, lmao. He's an only child and had to be given a crash course about certain things, lol)-

 

So the second night in our room and he sees some letters that were addressed to me with "RP Jacobs II," and he chirps, "oh, so your father is Jr. then?"

 

I said no, that my father was in fact the "first," hence my being the "II."

 

He then enlightened me that in fact my parents had used "poor form and etiquette" in naming me the "II" when in fact I should have been "Jr." and MY son would then be the "II."

 

WTF????

 

My mother named me the "II" instead of "Jr." for the simple reason that she didn't want people calling me "Junior."

 

I couldn't be more thankful, lmao

 

I leave it at my personality is not that of a Junior, lol.

 

So I'm lookin at this little kid(5'7", 140-145), and I'm thinkin "WTF," lmao(I was 6'2", 210).

 

I then with straight face said "You do understand that your health and well being is in my hands, right?"

 

With a poker face, lol

 

I could see the deer in the headlights look appear and I then busted out laughing and told him that I was kidding and thanks for the etiquette lesson, lol

 

He was a good kid and I was still thankful for the "II," lol
