There's quite a few, but one that keeps sticking in my head lately is Rosanna by Toto. The song pretty much has everything. The music video is awesome too. Probably one of the best 80's videos ever.

Jeff Porcaro is one of the greatest drummers ever, The "Rosanna Shuffle" is a mandatory beat for any serious drummer, it's like a rite of passage to becoming a real "player" :D

Wow yeah I read the Wikipedia page for Rosanna, I had know idea how well respected it is in the music industry. Steven Lukather has had a pretty insane career too.
