Pumped for this Golf Season

At the young age of 63 I have taken a whole new approach to this season and I'm hyped. My wife and I moved 18 months ago to a new place. Although it's only 20 miles from where we've lived forever everything is new including where I'll play most of my golf. My old course didn't have a level lie on the entire property and was a b!tch to walk so for the last 28 years I've used a cart. The course where I live now has one of the nicest municipal 36 hole courses in the state. A little hilly but nothing terrible. I just bought a bag boy quad push cart and I'm paying my membership this week for a season pass. Since I'm over 62 it's $620 for a annual. I am looking forward to getting out and walking this beautiful course and playing golf the way it's supposed to be played. This is the first course I've been a member where there are a ton of walkers. No one walked my old course. I'll still ride in our golf league but the rest of my rounds will be walking. As I write this I can't believe I'm this pumped over a stupid little thing like walking a golf course. Here's a link to my new course.

The course is owned by the park district and the superintendent keeps the place immaculate. They have all kinds of money which is rare. It can be as difficult as you want to make it.
