HZRDUS Black 6.5 in driver what in fairway?

Have HZRDUS 65 Black 6.5 in driver and loving it. Thinking about getting an M1 fairway and not sure what to throw in it. Thinking maybe HZRDUS Black 75 6.5 but wondering if that would be too low spin for 3 wood.

See my sig. I have the HZRDUS Black 85 in my driver and Fuji Motore F3 90 in my fws. Plays a lot like a Pro95 but firmer. I love how they have a very similar feel. I think that's important to keeping consistency. The Black is pretty stiff and having a loose shaft in the fairway, for me, throws me for a loop.

I'm obviously a little biased, but HZRDUS Red, which will be out later this month might be what you are looking for. Same stability as the Black but a more active tip section for added spin.

What about a HZRDUS Red 85 or 95? Any chance those existing elsewhere other than my dreams?

I play both the 75g 6.5 black in my driver and fairway. I don't find the 6.5 in the fairway to be harsh in any way, very stable and strong. I get high enough launch to hold greens

I picked up a 913Fd off of the classifieds here last year and the Fujikura Fuel 70x that came with it has been perfect for me. I don't hit it off the fairway often since I don't normally feel comfortable with a 3 wood off the deck from 240+ out, but off the tee it's been tremendous. Very consistent, perfect mid ball flight that gets quite a bit of run out, workable in either direction.

 

I liked it enough that I considered getting a Fuel TS for the driver at one point, just haven't gone through with that yet.

I've got one of those in the garage, it's what I played in my driver until I picked up the hzrdus a month or so ago. It's a great shaft too, though I'm not sure that I can accurately compare it to the fuel since I've played them both in two different clubs. I had a lot of success with that shaft, no guarantee I may not go back to it sometime soon actually.
