Continuing my early morning ☕️ and wading through A Brief History of Time. 
 

I was initially trying to grasp it all by reading and rereading but, instead, I’m finding that, and this is a huge credit to SH, I can just read it in a “linear” manner and the larger concepts, the main “jist”, and a fair amount of detail, of each chapter can be absorbed rather well. 
 

 

My big takeaway so far is that the universe is a universe within a universe within a universe! Solid, smooth, beautiful, matter and substance, as we see it, are a by product of a manic, yet fully ordered, microscopic realm of simultaneous violence and sympathy. And that realm…is made up of still another lol
 

Application to “real life”?….

Yeah I was briefly on that site. Got tired of the BS and bickering and deleted my account. Eassy learned what not to do on that site and that is why WRX has the ground rules it has today. One of the many reasons WRX is still going

Hitting a PW or 9 iron sky high and landing on the green did not even dent it, played with my two regular friends and they putted off the green several times. I did not have a three putt all morning and finished with 29 putts which is below my average by quite a few. 

 

The distance control is amazing on fast greens and I even made a bunch of 4-6 ft putts which are normally a mental challenge. Sadly it was not an especially low round (83) due to scrambling a lot with some stupid drives and it is also the longest Course we play, so long irons and the hybrid into some greens.

When the putter is hot it sure makes it more fun and saved a lot of stokes I have been giving away.

+1. The Sled has been good for me. I shoot my best scores on hard courses with

fast greens. I can put a nice slow smooth swing on my putts, It's when I have to

whack my putts that my putting goes south.

there’s a line. And you won’t like me across that line.  I grew up with nothing.  No fear of losing myself . I’m more familiar with the 3rd rail than most.

one day I may pen a book.  My fear is it will get listed as fiction 🤣.  But I have  witnesses to anything I can tell.  My youth was a trip.  And I had no idea it wasn’t normal at the time.

I can say from experience that us Rednecks can get crazy if our woman or family are done wrong or harassed. Generally I am docile and harmless but do not mess with my wife or Dog because I will go ballistic in the drop of a hat. BTW we do not have kids or grandkids so our dog is our child and is treated as such

It was designed for fast greens. The solution for slower greens is to change the weights. Same for you, @Conrad1953.

 

Hit me up by text or message here, and I’ll send you guys a weight kit, tool and ideas to try.

 

I hear engineers can’t do math, but they screw in and seat precisely. It was a fluke. 🙂

Funny story, years ago Hillary Swank's Mom, along with 8X10 glossies, brought her up to my office to audition for a TV Commercial.  She didn't fit the part, I hired someone else.  Never saw her again, except at the Oscars and in films.
