Reading that made me think. I just don’t see that anymore. Seems ppl, regardless of the make, just park normal these days.
Well, sans the guy at the gym that still backs in his custom Toyota Tacoma lined up in the middle of 2 spots! Lol

Since we talkin rides. Something I tend to notice on cars is curb rash on wheels. Couple days ago I saw a $190k BMW XM with both passenger side wheels chewed up pretty badly. 23” and ~$1,400 ea 😢

As someone that has nicked a wheel or two, my heart went out.

My wife & kids are notorious for doing this. My son blew out 3 new tires in a two month span. Wanted to kill him. Have forged alloys on M3, none are allowed to drive it.

Well, thankfully I drive a POS so it's never a concern for me.  The silly rig is like a bumper car with sweet textured fenders, some scars on the rims, some dents from people dooring me, just general use and mis-use.

Ended up with the new Cleveland wedges, 58 / 08 full face and 50 / 10 regular face. The TM high toe reminded me of the Cally PM grind and I am mad at them.

 

Held a Ai150 head and it looked quite good, not sure why people think it is a tri sole. If it is there is no comparision to a Srixon or even the Mizuno grind. Very minor too my eye and very rounded, still don't want them.

 

Now to pull the shafts out of the Mizuno and these and build them up, might put the mizuno's in the BST.

My EV boat 🛥️ is in for service so m driving a loaner. Not caring is a pretty liberating feeling

A pro-tip from a P-Car driver of almost 20 years now for yall thinking of joining da club ... find yourself a good indie shop for any maintenance you can't/won't do yourself. 

 

You absolutely do not wanna go to the dealer for anything but warranty work unless you just hate money. They'll want like $500+ for a freakin oil change 😂 

 

I got a good spot here but my guy in LA was the raddest.

The tungsten plug is probably what's confusing people. I remember being 18 years old and picking up a VR blade 6 iron out of a driving range bin and being amazed at the feel of them. Ya reminded me my buddy got an old 911 and a 356, his mechanic has made a mint off him lol

 

This kid is the worst driver too. One time we in the 911 he doin like 90 and this traffic light about 200 yards in front of us goes to yellow. He had plenty of time to slow down and stop

 

Instead, he gets all flustered and does nothing then he starts to hit the breaks wayyy too late and we overshoot the light and he finally comes to a stop like 100 feet past it! 

 

Then instead of just driving on he puts it in reverse and goes back to the light! 🤣

I was in the passenger seat like

My Iron history:

 

Pro Kennex, unknown model but I remember it said "forged feel"

 

Top Flight Tour, had the weird bar in the back that moved towards the toe as you moved down the set.  Got my first eagle with it using a 3-iron from 205 yards and a bombed putt.

 

Mizuno MP-14, bc of Tiger lol.  Got my second eagle with the 2-iron and a 6 foot putt.

 

Mizuno MP-33, beauty. Chrome started to peel on the 14s and sold it.

 

Titleist 755 bought used for college.

 

Mizuno MP-4, still using now.  Some MP-33 irons rusted out.

 

Mizuno MP-69 in Japan.  Thought I'd have to quit golf but turns out they're crazy about the game.  My buddy is storing it for me over there.

 

I agree with Nard, you can play any iron at higher lofts.  If the irons really lead to round killing misses I wouldn't use them and besides, a lot of my high scores come from the multiple driver misses ob.  I'm finishing perfecting the Solo half swing and I feel like Tom Purtzer right now.

 

Thinking of trying the Blueprints next.  Any other prospects?
