5lb tub of p powder that was $69.99 two months ago is now $99.99! Seems to be the case for most brands 🤷🏼‍♂️

The doc that did my lipo n muscle implants told me the p pow was necessary to help w/the post op healing process!

Prices seem to have leveled off around these parts the last few months but property taxes have more than made up for it

More and more places not taking cash. It’s so odd. First I ran into it was The Chase Center. 
 

I told the story here a while back where my GF was in a rush, put down a $20 and left… Not knowing they didn’t take cash! Laugh thinking about the cashier’s face and then calling the manager over! 😂

Crazy with all the travel I've done; took till I was almost 50 till I spent any remarkable time in NYC. 

 

 

Whole trip was rad (there were some arguments about directions 😂 ... effin lost tourists) and once wound up in Times Square at the worst possible time but was the raddest spot for a first anniverary with that lovely broad of mine!

Some Japanese restaurants in my area are offering 4% off your bill if you pay with cash.  Wish more places did that.

Almost all of our restaurants do the same thing. I got 3% more than negotiated price off a $10,000 lawn mower for paying cash last year.

 Well. I’m sure they all need a raise. I mean come  on man.  Prices went up !  🤣.  Our county sheriff was making 1.5 mil a year.  On the job almost 20.  Now he’s being indicted. You can’t make this crap up.     I have to fight every year to keep my property taxes level.  Because I live in the best school district in the state.  Also smallest.  And they value land as units. And they want to have 400 families move in where we are so they can get 400 % more tax.   But I either stopped it last year. OR painted a target.  I went and made an appointment with the accessor.  And brought a large printed land map of the state senators timber that’s up by me.  His property tax went down last 7 years.  I just pointed it out.  And asked why.  How. ?  And the man’s face lost all color.  And my tax was amended down to the last years amount.  We shall see in December what it is this year.

Being a Bay Area CA kid I read $10k lawn mower and think about some super crazy custom push mower like 🤪
