What is your least favorite NFL team uniform?

Just watching Sunday Night Football on NBC and there they were in HD....the Jaguars horrible uniforms.

 

With the start of the new NFL season just 2 weeks away it is time for all things football. This is meant to be fun. It is

not meant to be a piss on your favorite teams arch rivals thread! lol

 

Please make sure that your entry is a current standard uniform (road or home) . No throwback specials, or color rush etc.

 

First I have always had a strong dislike of the color teal. I also think the two color fade helmet is awful. The whole uniform is just a fail to me.

 

I shall start this with the Jax Jags.....I believe this the worst in the NFL currently.

Steelers from I think the 50's-60's all time worst. Looked like a bunch of bumblebees.

 

As for current the Jets have the most bland uni's.

If they just had the logo on a black helmet it wouldn't be too bad at all. I've always thought the packers Uni's were very ugly and the buccaneers

Being from Chicago it would have to be the Packers. With the Vikings and Lions close behind.

I didn't think Cleveland's uniforms could get worse.. and then they released their current lineup... They look like stolen designs from a disbanded XFL or UFL team.

 

I, however, am a Bengals fan.... I don't have a lot of room to talk. The white pants/white top Bengals look is pretty decent.. but beyond that... ugh...

In all fairness though, Ohio owns two of the worst. I'm ok with JAX....I actually think Miami has worse with teal and orange. The only real issue I see with JAX is the black jersey, because that negates a LOT of home field advantage in that weather.

Anything that looks like it was influenced by an Oregon Ducks uniform has my vote. I prefer the classic looking uniforms. If I had to pick the ugliest, I would say the 80's Patriots and Bucs. Though the Bengals uniforms have never been anything to write home about which is weird because they have cool colors. Another terrible uniform is the Ravens.

Yea, Baylor isn't really the program you want to emulate...

Those uniforms were worn one time, and one time only. 10.15.2011, 28-14. As for mistakingly identifying bronze as gold, your color perception is apparently askew. Allow me to provide some hue clarity. Think nicely patina'ed MgBr Anser putter.

 

Our cheer response was not conflicted in the slightest. Every Spartan forever knows the correct response to a "Go Green". The white "swoosh" was sufficient uniform adornment to meet the criteria.

 

The Baylor miscreants were taken care of at the Cotton Bowl. In their backyard. And their sniveling HC to. Whathisname? Art somebody?

Agreed those Sparty ones look so Baylor indeed. I agree that particular uniform was not at all an E. L. look.

 

Side note* I was raised in suburban the "D" and have to needle you with the fact that U of M has the

best helmets in terms of designs and colors in College Football ! lol GO BLue ! I got to like you a little bit on account you are

at least not Columbus Trash! lol

 

Thanks guys for the contributions to the thread. I started it and the thread got so little response out of the gate that I forgot about it for a spell. I looked this morning and presto some action.

 

 

I am old enough to remember Ho Jo's (Howard Johnson's ) Motels and Restaurants and that tie in to the Dolphins colors is spot on. The new helmet are a big improvement over the Flipper era one's.

 

I too figured eventually the Browns and Bengals uniforms would get some mention. Gotta love the "Browns" spelled out down the leg of the pants......bad design.
